This was one of those rare moments, where I found a moment of calm and peace in my crazy roller-coster life. I find it hard to find peace when my world is turning upside down and inside out...so for me, this breathing space was most welcome and very moving. A moment where I felt that God gave me a little space to reflect and pause before life went crazy and out of shape again.
Lake Bled, one very misty atumnal morning. It was very cold but utterly spectacular.
I shot this with a sturdy tripod (one without a central column) using a Canon 5DII. I found my 24-70/2.8L was a little wider at the 70mm end, while my 70-200/2.8 IS II L was longer, which was right for this shot.
Although this was photographed in RAW, there was very little adjustment or tweeking in post Prod. This is pretty much what nature threw at me and a pretty close repesentation of what I saw that amazing morning.
