Taken with my 40D, Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 and a 1.4x tc
which is a lighter way to get focal length on holiday than taking my 100-300mm f4.
My 40D is showing a slight backfocus issue. I can see it mostly when I set up on a tripod and compare with a liveview shot...most shots seem to need a slight manual tweek.
The Vignetting was cause by this lens/tc combo
With the TC, there's a slight drop in sharpness wide open at 200mm, but drop a stop and it bounces right back.
